Food for thought supermarket visit

On Wednesday last week Room 16 walked down to the St Martin's New World as a part of our Food for Thought lessons. Chloe had taught us about everyday day options and sometimes options. We had to pick everyday and sometimes options for cereals, snacks, dairy and bread. This was really eye-opening and has made us think a lot about the choices we make when it comes to food.  A big thank you to our parent helper's for coming with us to the supermarket. :)

Arthur's Pass - Day 3

Wow! What an amazing three days we have had in Arthur's Pass. Our time was filled with exciting activities including: orienteering, a sensory trail, stretcher making, a river crossing and many walks. Here are some photos of our third day Day 3 - Wednesday - Bealey Valley walk and Department of Conservation centre visit. We discovered a picturesque spot for lunch  All ready for the train ride back to Christchrch
